Trading in MEMS resumed
Group chief executive officer K. Sooriakumar said its AGM would be convened in Kuala Lumpur at end-May.
“Our audited accounts for the financial year ended July 31, 2007 were submitted to Bursa Malaysia last week.
“The matters under dispute and questioned by the statutory auditors were, however, cleared by the special auditors and explained in detail in the notes to the accounts,” he told StarBiz.
